We are an established Diamond jeweller trading for 2 years with an office in Ashford, Kent. Our website was launched in October 2016.

Yes we are, our owners family are heavily involved in our company. We also have a fantastic team who work for the company and dedicated to offer you excellent customer service.
DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN JEWELLERY ?
Yes, Splendor Diamonds specialise in bespoke jewellery and we produce our own jewellery in Central London's Diamond District, Hatton Garden. We can also offer Bespoke commissions. So please contact our sales team with your enquiry.

We are indeed. We are about 5 minute drive from Ashford Station and 2 mins from the Ashford Designer Outlet.

If you have specific items you would like to view we always recommend making a booking so we can ensure we have your desired jewellery in our office to view.

DO YOU HAVE ITEMS TO TAKEAWAY SAME DAY ?
We have thousands of designs in stock at all times, depending on your desired specifications some can be taken same day.
DO YOU HAVE A SELECTION OF LOOSE DIAMONDS IN YOUR OFFICE ?
We have a stunning range of G.I.A & W.G.I loose diamonds available to view in our office at all times.
DO YOU HAVE ALL YOUR DESIGNS IN YOUR OFFICE ?
We attempt to stock as much of our range as possible, however it is not possible for us to stock every item in all it's variations. To avoid disappointment we recommend booking an appointment before visiting.
CAN I BE SEEN BY A DIAMOND SPECIALIST ?
You can with pleasure, all of our staff are fully trained and will be able to offer you expert advice during your visit or alternatively our gemologist can serve you.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING ?
We can carry out engraving on the majority of our range, please allow us a few days for this to be carried out. We also offer a variety of fonts for engraving.
CAN I HAVE A FINISH APPLIED TO MY WEDDING RING ?
You can, please feel free to ask us about the range of finishes available.
ARE ALL YOUR JEWELLERY ITEMS HALLMARKED ?
Yes, by British Law all jewellery must be hallmarked
SHOULD I BUY PLATINUM OR GOLD ?

IS YOUR PLATINUM 950 ?
Our Platinum is always hallmarked "950". We don't sell any other forms of Platinum, if you're offered other grades of Platinum we would not recommend it. While you may save yourself a bit of money, ultimately you won't get the same quality.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW ?
We buy in bulk (100's of carats at a time) from diamond manufacturers rather than diamond dealers at very keen prices which are then passed on to our customers, ultimately helping them not paying retail prices and also saving customers a lot of money. Also, we pay promptly against delivery unlike most of the jewellers who purchase on 60-90 days terms. All of above ensures that we can sell to end users at prices much lower than most of the jewellers can purcahase.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR REPEAT CUSTOMERS ?

DO YOU OFFER NHS & ARMED FORCES DISCOUNTS ?
Splendor Diamonds offers normally up to 60% off to each of its clients but we are also proud to offer an additional 5% to NHS & our ARMED SERVICES. Our Director's father was proud to serve the nation and was an S.A.S officer.
IF I HAVE A BUDGET, WOULD YOU WORK AROUND THAT ?
Absolutely. If you're working with a budget we're more than happy to find something that fits into it. We can also advise you what will be the best diamond for your money hence maximising your budget.

No but we do offer up to 60% off all our engagement rings, wedding rings, bridal & diamond jewellery.

We stock a large variety of G.I.A Certified diamonds.
CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT & RESERVE DIAMOND/PIECE OF JEWELLERY ?
Yes, we offer free re-sizing to all our customers.
HOW OFTEN DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE ?
Our prices are updated according to regular metal and diamond price fluctuations. Wherever possible we will hold our prices for as long as possible even if there is a increase in International market. We price all our products fairly making sure our customers get best value for money.
HOW COMPETITIVE ARE YOU WITH HATTON GARDEN ?
Unlike traditional jewellers who work on 200-300% mark up we endeavour to give our customers the lowest price possible not compromising on the quality of the finished product. Due to our buying power we also buy at extremely keen prices, any savings we make will be passed on to you.
HOW SOON DO YOU REPLY TO EMAILS ?
We endeavour to get back to all our customers within one working day, in most cases it will be much quicker. However on more complicated enquiries it may take one working day to respond.

HOW LONG WOULD MY ORDER TAKE ?
Most of our made to order products will take 2 - 4 weeks, however sometimes we can make it much quicker.

WHO DO YOU DELIVER WITH ?
All our U.K based customers will have their jewellery delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed by 1.00pm.
CAN I COLLECT FROM YOUR OFFICE ONCE MY ORDER IS READY ?
You may, however this must be arranged with us via email in plenty of time, you will not be able to collect an order from us by visiting our office without prior arrangement.
WILL I RECEIVE ANY UPDATES ABOUT MY ORDER ?
We will provide you with updates as we get them, however should you wish to check on an order you can email us for an update at any point.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?

DO YOU ACCEPT BANK TRANSFERS ?
Yes we accept Bank Transfer.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ?
We only offer refunds on faulty goods and all our products come with a lifetime warranty. All our items are also covered for 12 months for any manufacturing issues. This excludes general wear and tear, or damage sustained to the ring. All our diamonds are hand-picked for maximum fire, sparkle and scintillation and hence we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. We also recommend insuring your jewellery as soon as you receive your order.

WHAT IS YOUR AFTER SALES CARE ?
We offer an extensive aftercare plan. Due to our in-house workshop in Hatton Garden Central London we can check and assess jewellery purchased from us free of cost and then regular polishing/sizing/repair at nominal cost.
CAN I SEND MY RING BACK FOR RE-SIZING & WHAT IS THE COST ?
Yes you can, there is a nominal charge for re-sizing rings and the charge is dependant on the metal, style and how many sizes the ring has to be altered and usually it takes 2 - 3 days for us to carry out a re-size.
