The prices shown on our website are intended as an guidance and do not constitute of a binding offer from us. This is because our work is made on a "one-off" basis, we are able to create many different versions of any given design, all at different prices.
Everything we do is created to individual specifications and the price you pay is dependent on your requirements such as the quality and size of the diamond or the design and the preferred metal.

Ordering with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our customers that does not compromise debit or credit card information.
Once we've agreed with the price, design, quality of the diamond, metal etc and you are happy to proceed and place an order with us, we will process your order.
All orders will be placed with an email confirmation from you. Splendor Diamonds' jewellery that is advertised may not be always be available due to the volume of sales. However, it can always be reproduced in between 4 - 6 weeks.
In most cases rings will need to be made to order in appropriate size. If the items are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details) and inform you about the delivery timescale.
You will have the option either to commission the piece to be made to order, to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Please note that items made to order cannot be returned.
Prices quoted to you will be stated in UK Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate. Please note, any fees incurred for importing our products from abroad are not included in the product prices and will be the buyer's responsibility.
Only the item and postage is included in our prices. For customer security, all orders must be placed by an email confirmation. We cannot accept orders from anyone under the age of 18.
Once you have placed an order and completed the payment, we will send to you an "Acknowledgement of Purchase" email detailing the products you have purchased along with the "Invoice Number" that you will need for any correspondences with us regarding your order.
We do not provide direct access to the details of your purchase on this website. You are therefore advised to print out the "Acknowledgement of Purchase" email and our "Invoice" for your own records.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment. We offer a variety of means for you to pay for your jewellery.
Direct Bank Transfer - Often one of the easiest methods to use. Upon making the purchase, or if you contact us, we will provide details of how you can make an electronic transfer of funds..
We will confirm as soon as the transfer is complete and the funds have cleared.
Cheque - You can post a cheque to us for payment if you wish. We will need to wait for the cheque to clear before work on jewellery can commence or your purchase can be shipped to your preferred address.
We have stringent fraud prevention measures in place to keep our customers secure and to deter any fraudulent individuals from trying to use our services. We reserve the right to use a third party to conduct these checks on our behalf.
By ordering goods through Splendor Diamonds Ltd website, you consent to such checks being made.
We may (in some circumstances) need to contact you by telephone. letter or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order.

All of the information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Data Protection Act. These security measures are taken as an extra protection for you, to ensure your shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
If we already have your items in stock, we will post via Royal Mail Insured special delivery. Usually this will be a next day delivery. If we do not have the item in stock, we will supply the goods within 4 - 6 weeks from the day you placed your order.
On arrival of your jewellery from our workshop, we will inform you that your order is ready for dispatch and we will send the jewellery after a confirmation from you.
All deliveries will be sent to the delivery address specified within the order details by you and will require a signature on delivery.
If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature will still be required and the general conditions of the delivery will remain the same. Shipments dispatched remain our responsibility until received by the recipeint.
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Jewellery is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery and Splendor Diamonds Ltd is not responsible for any loss or claim resulting from this fact.
We would advise all customers to check the tracking number provided by us as this should help you trace the order. If you miss the delivery don’t worry, you should receive a card from Royal Mail detailing re-delivery options.
Please see Royal Mail Redelivery Help for more information. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
All shipping and postage charges will be paid by us for deliveries in United Kingdom for a limited period of time.
In general the delivery agent will be:
a) Royal Mail special delivery service for the United Kingdom (including the outer British Isles & Northern Ireland addresses); b) In some circumstances, the delivery agent may be different, specially nominated by Splendor Diamonds Ltd.
RISK & OWNERSHIP
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time (the time that we tried to deliver).
You will only own the goods when they have been successfully delivered and when we have received payment in full.
Goods supplied are not for resale.
At Splendor Diamonds Ltd we pride ourselves in delivering quality jewellery to our customers and we are confident at Splendor Diamonds Ltd that you will be delighted with your purchase(s).
The "Distance Selling Regulations" give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 7 working days. If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing, either by letter (a proof of postage certificate or recorded delivery is recommended), or you can fax or email. It is important that you have proof that a cancellation notice was both sent and received by the trader.
You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and if you are returning them, you should take reasonable care to ensure that we receive them and that they are not damaged in transit.
The goods must be adequately packed in their original packaging, correctly addressed and carry the correct postage. You will be responsible to pay the return postage, unless the goods were received in a faulty condition.
If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 28 days. Customers that return items to be exchanged will be charged return postage.
In the interests of hygiene, and due to health and safety legislation, earrings cannot be returned. The refund policy only applies to ready to wear jewellery, from Splendor Diamonds Ltd.
Items that have been made-to-order, engraved or made to your personal requirements, specifications, altered/modified, except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are non-cancellable sales. The refund policy does not affect you statutory rights.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email us at email@example.com quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty goods. Jewellery returned remains the responsibility of the customer until received back by Splendor Diamonds Ltd together with the appropriate paperwork and packaging.
Our guarantee to refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any monies taken from you as soon as possible but within 30 days of your order.

Splendor Diamonds Ltd only purchases diamonds from respectable dealers that adhere strictly to the Kimberley Process and every attempt is always made to ensure that diamonds are not sourced from countries that are involved conflicts.
Splendor Diamonds is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users whilst providing the highest possible quality of service. We will not share your information with anybody under any circumstances. No information we hold about you will be distributed or sold to third parties.

All our products come with a one year manufacturing guarantee for faults due to manufacturing or designing issues. We don't however guarantee any faults due to normal wear & tear, misuse or accidental damage.
Should there been an issue, which is highly unlikely as we inspect all our products thoroughly before dispatch, you can return the item(s) for assessment.
We will refund the cost of returning the item to us and send the item back to you free of charge, should the issue have resulted from a design or manufacturing issue.
If the issue with the item is due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will assess the item and consult with you over any repair costs which we will aim to keep to a minimum. The shipping cost in this instance is the responsibility of the customer.
We like to offer a free gift wrap service to all customers for products purchased. Whether you're purchasing for a loved one, a friend or just treating yourself, we are happy to wrap all our items completely free.
